Thursday, October 28, 2026 4pm to 7pm Sacaton Fairgrounds LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE! Vendor registration is NOW OPEN and will close October 9, 2026 at 12pm or when all spots are filled, whichever comes first. NO EXCEPTIONS. Food vendors must have a GRIC Business License, submit all required documents by the deadline, and obtain a Temporary Food Establishment Permit through Environmental Health Service.
