Urban Rental Assistance Program (URAP)
The Urban Rental Assistance Program (URAP) helps low-income Gila River Indian Community members who rent a house or apartment off the Community in Maricopa or Pinal County. The Department of Community Housing accepted FY27 applications from July 1 to July 31, 2026; that intake period has ended. Its FY27 notice describes a rental subsidy of up to $600 per month for qualified applicants. Call Housing Services to ask when applications will be accepted again.
