GRICUA connects new electric service in Districts 1-5 and the eastern part of District 6. For a new home you fill out the Residential Electric Service Request and Agreement of Electrical Service, and bring the BIA land packet and two IDs (tribal and state). Submit by mail, fax or email to customerservice@gricua.net.
