GRICUA - extreme heat/cold disconnect policy and medical alert form
When it is 105 degrees or hotter for 5 straight days, or nighttime lows are 30 or colder for 5 days, the GRICUA General Manager can delay disconnections for non-payment; you should still keep paying. If anyone at home uses life-support equipment such as dialysis, ventilators or oxygen concentrators, have a physician complete the GRICUA Physician Statement form to be put on the medical alert list.
