Budget (levelized) billing evens out seasonal highs and lows into one monthly amount. To enroll you must be a residential customer for 12 straight months with a zero balance; it cancels if two payments are missed. The Pre-Paid Metering program lets you pay ahead and get daily text or email updates on usage and balance.
