Sliding-fee child care help for tribally enrolled Alaska Native or American Indian children under 13 (under 19 with a documented disability), based on family size and gross income; immunizations must be current. Parents apply with the WFD 477 Services Application plus the Child Care Authorization Form and name an approved provider. Providers apply separately.
