Free energy-efficiency upgrades for income-eligible homes across Bristol Bay, funded by Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and the U.S. DOE; priority goes to elders, people with disabilities, families with children and high energy-cost households. Complete the Weatherization application and send it to BBHA, P.O. Box 50, Dillingham.
