One-time help up to $3,000 per household, once in a lifetime, to prevent homelessness (up to 2 months rent or deposit), foreclosure (up to 2 months mortgage) or utility shut-off. You need a current NAHASDA application on file plus a letter of need with supporting documents (lease, eviction or past-due notice, utility bill). Call 907-842-5956.
