TABI helps people with a traumatic or acquired brain injury access medical, rehabilitative, social, educational, and other support through resource facilitation, peer support, and a care plan built with a TABI coordinator. The State's Division of Senior and Disabilities Services also funds supplemental mini-grants (up to $2,500 each year, with a $5,000 limit over five years) for unmet medical, dental, vision, hearing, or adaptive-technology needs.
