Rent & utility assistance (Love In Action / AHFC grant)
Love In Action provides rent and utility assistance once in a 12-month period for households facing eviction or utility disconnect, funded by an annual Alaska Housing Finance Corporation grant that starts each September (for renters in units with no subsidy) plus PeaceHealth Community Fund and a homeless-assistance grant (BHAP).
