KICHA Home Buy-Down Assistance (homeownership down payment)

Helps income-qualified Alaska Native/American Indian buyers in Ketchikan afford a home: KICHA pays up to $30,000 toward the down payment, up to $2,500 closing costs and up to $600 for the inspection as a second mortgage (buyer puts in at least $2,500).
