KIC Heritage Language Program (Lingít, Xaad Kíl, Sm'algyax)

Ketchikan Indian Community's language program offers community classes, workshops, apprenticeships and mentor work in Tlingit (Lingít), Haida (Xaad Kíl) and Tsimshian (Sm'algyax). Regularly scheduled classes are on the KIC calendar; anyone interested in a language apprenticeship should contact the Heritage Language Facilitator for that language.
