City of Saxman - City Hall, council, water/sewer, payments

The City of Saxman (2 miles south of Ketchikan) runs its own city council, water and sewer utility, Seaport moorage, building rentals (Saxman Community Center, Tribal House) and a municipal election every October. City Hall is at 2841 S Tongass Hwy, open Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm, phone 907-225-4166. The city says its online credit-card payment system is being upgraded - to pay by card call the Finance Officer at City Hall (907-225-4166); to set up automatic card payments, fill in the Credit Card Auto-Payment Authorization Form and email it to Finance@saxman.gov. Council agendas, RFPs and job postings are on saxman.gov. The October 6, 2026 city election (two three-year council seats) votes at the Saxman Community Center; absentee voting through the City Clerk.
