Toiyabe Indian Health Project — Bishop Clinic new patient registration

Toiyabe's Bishop Clinic is accepting new medical patients and serves people of all ethnicities and races. Some Toiyabe programs and services are limited to Native American patients. To start, complete the Patient Registration Packet on Toiyabe's new-patient page and return it to the clinic or email it to registration@toiyabe.us, or call the clinic at 760-873-8464. Becoming a patient is separate from Purchased/Referred Care (PRC): PRC has its own eligibility screening.
