The CAC is a safe, child-friendly place for a child and protective caregiver when there is a concern of serious abuse. Services: forensic interviews (Yup'ik-speaking staff), coordination of medical exams, mental-health evaluation and treatment, court preparation and accompaniment, and lodging for children and parents from the villages.
