State of Alaska Child Care Assistance (PASS) via Bethel Public Assistance office
Families not covered by a tribal program can apply for the State Child Care Assistance Program (called PASS). PASS I is for families on Alaska Temporary Assistance (ask your case worker); PASS II/III are for working or in-school families with children under 13 who meet income limits and use a licensed/approved provider. Apply online through AKCCIS or with the CC08 paper application; Bethel's Division of Public Assistance office is at 460 Ridgecrest Drive Suite 121, open Mon-Thu 9-4 (interviews until 3).
