Adult Public Assistance (APA) — cash for seniors 65+ and disabled adults

APA is monthly state cash for low-income Alaskans who are 65 or older, blind, or disabled (condition lasting 12+ months). You must also apply for any other benefits you could get (Social Security, VA, etc.). Benefits are paid by direct deposit or Quest EBT card.
