AVCP Housing Improvement Program (HIP) — BIA home repair / new home

BIA HIP funds minor repairs, renovations, replacement housing and down-payment help for tribal members in the worst housing conditions. Must be a member of a tribe compacted with AVCP for HIP, income at or below 150% of poverty, and no other housing resources; BIA scores applications by need.
