Alaska Housing Finance Corp (AHFC) Bethel — family rental units (Bethel Heights)

AHFC's Bethel office manages its own family rental units, Bethel Heights, at scattered sites around town. Bethel's waiting lists are open, but for those AHFC-owned units — AHFC does NOT run a Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) programme in Bethel. Apply on the paper packet, mailed or dropped at 1029 Ridgecrest Drive (mail: PO Box 587, Bethel 99559-0587), Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm; questions and maintenance 907-543-2228. Household income must be at or below 80% of area median. There is no online application. Special-purpose vouchers (VASH for veterans, Mainstream, Foster Youth to Independence) are not applied for at AHFC — a partner agency has to refer you.
